Ordering hosting

When you order hosting, we store the data from the form: company, last name, first name, address, phone, mobile and e-mail address. It is used to conclude and perform the contract, to set up your hosting, to invoice you and to contact you about your hosting.

Payment by PayPal

Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg). So that you do not have to enter them again, your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are passed on to PayPal. We never receive your bank or credit card details.

PayPal then informs us of the payment and the subscription: name, e-mail address and address registered with PayPal, amount, date, transaction and subscription number. We keep this information to manage your subscription and for our accounting.

PayPal processes your data under its own responsibility, according to its privacy statement. The PayPal logo shown on the payment page is loaded from PayPal's servers, which therefore receive your IP address.

Contact form

The data from the contact form (company, name, phone, e-mail address and question) is sent to us by e-mail so that we can answer your request. It is not stored in a database.

Mail setup

The e-mail address entered to download a configuration profile (iPhone, iPad, Mac), or sent automatically by your mail client (Thunderbird, Outlook), is used only to generate your account settings. It is not stored, but may appear in the server logs described below.

Server logs

Like any web server, our server records for each visit: the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring site and the browser used. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and anonymous visitor statistics. They are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes.

Cookies

This site uses only a technical session cookie. During your visit it keeps the data entered in the forms (so you do not have to retype it after an error) and a protection against automated submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking tools and no external audience measurement service.

Data hosted for our customers

The websites, databases and e-mail that our customers host with us are processed only to provide the service, according to the customer's instructions. The customer remains responsible for the personal data they place there.

Information about our offers

In accordance with our terms and conditions, we may use your contact details to send you information about our offers. You can object to this at any time with a simple message, free of charge.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. It is only passed on to PayPal for payment, to the relevant registry if we register a domain name for you, or to the authorities when the law requires us to.

PayPal is established in Luxembourg, a country whose data protection Switzerland recognises as adequate. PayPal may also transfer data to other countries, according to its privacy statement.

Retention period

Your contract data is kept for the whole duration of the contract, then for ten years for accounting records, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations. An order that was never paid is deleted once it is no longer useful. E-mails received through the contact form are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and any follow-up.

Security

The site is available over HTTPS and the mail service only accepts encrypted connections. Access to the data is limited to the people who need it to provide the service.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted (unless the law requires us to keep it), object to its processing or obtain a copy of it. Write to us at the address above or through the contact form.

You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example if our services change. The version published on this page applies.
